* Dropped the stream_iter argument from the HTTP functions
* The data argument is now either a string or a file like object that has a length attribute
* Rewrite the upload code and move it to a different file

* Remove a debug statement

* Raise an ApiDisabledError if the API is disabled
* Properly fail on HTTPS sites
