PEP8 (Python style guide) and continuous integration (CI) with Travis

Restructure to make installable with Python's setuptools

Adding pytest.ini to ignore E501 long lines for convenience
and W602 since we want to retain backwards compability

Fixed using:
autopep8 mwclient -r -v -i -p 2000 --ignore=E24,W6,E501,W602

simplejson is now a requirement installed by easy_install, pip
or other toos. ReadMe was converted from MarkDown to reStructuredText
to make it usable at PyPI while still being supported by GitHub.

- Suggested version number bump to 0.7
- Add recent changes, including links to relevant commits,
  issues and pull requests
- fill in old details
- Minor formatting tweaks
